But many customers felt ahh, I can take that week off, who would be looking?&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I delved in, researching to see if the phone does actually ring for my customers on the holiday week.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Following are some numbers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Apartment Complex A - November Received 35 calls - 11/24 Publication - Received 9 Calls.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Apartment Complex B - November Received 32 calls - 11/17 Publication - Received 8 Calls.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Apartment Complex C - November Received 18 calls - 11/24 Publication - Received 5 Calls.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is a direct correlation with the dates our publications prints and when our customers phone rings.&amp;nbsp; This surprises me. How many times do you look at something and immediately call.&amp;nbsp; Me I have to research and then I think about it and then later I look for that note where I put down that website/company I wanted to check out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, when you look again here you see a direct correlation of the dates our ads run, the phone rings!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rental Ad A - Published 12/1 - Calls Recieived 12/1 - 6&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rental Ad B - Published 12/1 - Calls Received 12/1 - 5&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Now if you are a Property Owner is this information powerful when you walk into the office and your staff say, it was a quiet day? This gives you the opportunity to work with your staff on their closing ratio, etc.&amp;nbsp; Without call tracking how are you tracking your advertising return?&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;After all&amp;nbsp;if you have a vacancy then there are no weeks off.
